1. Start the Host module

Start the pcvisit ProfiSupport Host module by double clicking on the pcvisit Host icon on your desktop. For the latest version of the pcvisit software click here.

2. Initialise a session

Click Start to join the session at the start screen.

3. Session ID

When you see the 8 digit session ID at the Host module, the connection is initialised.

4. Communicate the Session ID

Send the session ID/session link to your session partner. Click for this the 8 digit session ID at the Host module and choose one option.

5. Insert session ID

Ask your Guest to acess the website www.startguest.com. The session will begin as soon as the guest input the 8 digit session ID into the connection ID field and click Start session.

6. Start the session

When you see the name of your session partner in the tab “participants” at the Host module, the connection is made. The pcvisit session can begin.
